Terms of service

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You must give a real email address you control and keep your password to yourself.
• One account per person. You are responsible for everything done under your account.

TrainTwice builds, grades and progresses resistance-training routines from published research and from the numbers you log. It is a planning and logging tool. It is not medical advice, physiotherapy, personal coaching or a diagnosis, and it does not know your health history.

• Consult a doctor or qualified professional before you start a training program, especially if you are pregnant, injured, have a heart or blood-pressure condition, or have not trained before.
• Some phases ask you to take sets close to or at failure. Training to failure carries a real risk of injury. Use spotters, safeties and sensible loads, and stop if something hurts.
• The grades, targets and suggested progressions are estimates from general research. They are not guarantees of results and may not suit your body.
• You alone decide what to lift. TrainTwice is not responsible for injury or ill-health resulting from training you choose to do.

• TrainTwice is free to use today. There is no paid tier and nothing in the app charges you.
• If a paid tier is introduced, we will publish subscription, billing and refund terms and ask you to accept them before anything is charged. Nothing in these terms authorises a charge.
• We can change or withdraw features, and we may shut the service down. If we do, we will give notice inside the app and keep the CSV export available for at least 30 days so you can take your data.
• The app is provided as-is. We aim for it to be available and correct but do not promise either. Keep your own export if the history matters to you.

Your logs are yours. We use them only to run the service, as set out in the privacy policy. You can export them at any time and delete everything, including your account, from Settings.

Keys created in Settings give read-only access to your own export. Keep them secret, revoke any key you no longer use, and do not share a key with a service you would not trust with your training history. You are responsible for what a key you created is used for.

• Do not try to access other people's data, probe the service for weaknesses, or place unreasonable load on it.
• Do not use automated tools against the app other than the documented export API with your own key.
• Do not use TrainTwice for anything illegal or to harm anyone.

The app, its design, text, code and the exercise catalogue belong to SEAMIO Network Websites Designing or its licensors. Exercise demonstration images come from the public-domain Free Exercise DB. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app; nothing else is transferred.

• You can end it at any time by deleting your account in Settings. Everything is removed immediately and cannot be restored.
• We can suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, or after 24 months without a sign-in. Where we can, we warn you by email first so you can export your data.
• Sections 2, 9 and 10 continue to apply after the agreement ends.

To the extent the law allows, SEAMIO Network Websites Designing is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost data you did not export, or injury arising from training decisions you make. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Disputes go to the courts of the emirate in which SEAMIO Network Websites Designing is licensed, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply where you live.

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and a material change is announced inside the app before it applies. Using the app after that date means you accept the new terms.
